i'm in Denmark at the mo and it's cool cause at night you can see stars. The last picture is one I took at the Victoria Miro gallery, a piece by Yayoi Kusama - such an amazing artist. I think she has or will soon be displaying some work at the Hayward Gallery (London).. will definitely be going when I'm back! The other pics aren't mine

some pictures my dad took many years ago in Cambodia.

newsprint

some experiments i did prior to my final piece. you roughly paint some patches of emulsion, lay down a page of newspaper, leave for about 30 seconds and then pull off. works like a tattoo transfer so obviously it comes out reverse. i've found it also works if you want a specific image to photocopy onto newsprint.

PS. i want to change my layout/header. But I'm not very good with computers, anyone got any tips? I remember back in the days of myspace you could just copy & paste a layout you liked.. is there anything similar for blogger? I should really be able to do this myself since I'm studying graphic design! ha
