some experiments i did prior to my final piece. you roughly paint some patches of emulsion, lay down a page of newspaper, leave for about 30 seconds and then pull off. works like a tattoo transfer so obviously it comes out reverse. i've found it also works if you want a specific image to photocopy onto newsprint.

These are extremely lovely! I have to try that out sometime. I also love your birthday cards you made for your friends. I am not a great fan of selfmade stuff but your cards would be a pleasure to receive :)

a girl in my art class did a copy of a skeleton on crumpled paper using gesso. It looked amazing (as do yours) and i really mut give it a try....
